Sheraton Grande Ocean Resort Miyazaki, Miyazaki

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the ocean-view room was spacious and beautifully designed, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, I found some areas lacking, particularly in service quality and dining options. Although the hot spring was nice, it could become quite crowded during peak hours. Overall, it was a nice getaway, but I expected a bit more from a resort of this caliber.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, celebrating my birthday! The ocean view from my room was simply amazing, and the hot spring facilities were a highlight. The staff were incredibly courteous, making my experience even better. However, it can feel a bit overwhelming due to its large size, and the dining options other than the hotel were quite limited.
